Users manual for SEAWUN Benchmarking Internet system

The frontpage:

The left side: there are 4 forms in the the upper part and a random chart in the under part
The right side: general information about the benchmarking

Form Analyzing Utility:

Choose utility to analyze from the left menu and then press "Submit" button. All base data of this utility will be shown on the next screen.

To show all performance indicators including calculated and overall indicators and rangking of the selected utility click on the link "Performance Indicator" at the lower right corner of the screen

Form Comparing utilities in a country

Choose country to analyze from the left menu and then press "Submit" button. All performance indicators of all participating utilities from this country will be shown on the next screen.

Form Comparing utilities in a country on an indicator

Choose country and indicator from the menus. Choose the suitable decimal precision for the selected indicator and then press "Submit" button.

Next screen will show a bar chart of the selected performance indicator of all utilities from the selected country. The red trend line shows the country average of this indicator.

On the left side of the window there is a bar chart of this indicator of 12 utilities in the big cities (population > 1 million).

Form Comparing utilities

Hold the CTRL key down to choose more then one utility from the menu. Choose indicator to compare and suitable decimal precision from the menus and then press "Submit" button.

Next screen will show a bar chart of the selected performance indicator of selected utilities. The red trend line shows the average of this indicator of all participating utilities.

On the left side of the window there is a bar chart of this indicator of top 5 utilities.

General information of charts

Move the mouse over the bars (bar charts) or piece (pie charts) will show the detail information of respective variable (utilities, countries...).
If the mouse show index finger on the charts you can click in order to go to performance indicators page of the respective utility.
